Last night, my beloved race bike was stolen out of our garage in Grand Junction, CO. This bike is my life, and I am feeling absolutely devastated. After nine months of training to peak for fall collegiate races, I am even more upset about the timing of this theft. At this point, I feel angry, violated, and mostly just extremely saddened.
Please spread the word, share this post, and keep your eyes out for this bike. I have been searching Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace all morning, just hoping that the thief would be stupid enough to post it there.
The bike has a very unique build, and will stick out in a crowd. The bike is a size large, Giant XTC Advanced 29 2, (neon orange, hardtail 29er) with almost all upgraded parts. This bike has two red, @boulderjuniors
Name decals reading, “Isaac Nagel-Brice” along the top tube. This bike has a Stages Gen 3 Power meter, and a Stages Dash Cycling computer mount on the stem. Additionally, attached to the saddle rails is a purple Backcountry Research Race strap, holding a tube and tire lever. This bike was stolen with my COLLEGIATE NUMBER PLATE still on. It’s a blue and white number plate, reading “RMCCC” across the top, with the number, “121”.
See the full build below. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. If anyone sees anything, there will most definitely be a reward. Thank you.
